Creates section 486.114, F.S. to establish public records and meetings exemptions for the Physical Therapist Licensure Compact

Exempts physical therapists' personal identifying information (other than name, licensure status, or licensure number) held by the Department of Health or Board of Physical Therapy from public records disclosure, unless the originating state authorizes such disclosure by law

Exempts meetings or portions of meetings of the Physical Therapy Compact Commission discussing federally or state-protected matters from public meeting requirements

Exempts recordings, minutes, and records generated during closed portions of Physical Therapy Compact Commission meetings from public records disclosure

Sunsets on October 2, 2022, unless reviewed and reenacted by the Legislature; effective date contingent on passage of HB 1097 or similar legislation
