Amends chapter 2005-341, Laws of Florida to extend and enlarge the boundaries of the North Springs Improvement District in Broward County.

Redefines the district boundaries to include all or portions of Sections 3-10, 19-20, 26-33 in Township 48 South, Range 41 East and Township 47 South, Range 41 East.

Excludes a specific parcel in the Southwest Quarter of Section 28 from the district boundaries.

Updates survey measurements and bearing references, including minor corrections to distance calculations throughout the boundary description.

Effective upon becoming law; district now contains approximately 8,759.209 acres.
