Amends chapter 2000-406 and 2000-455 of Florida law to modify the geographic boundaries of the Lehigh Acres Fire Control and Rescue District and the Alva Fire Protection and Rescue Service District in Lee County.

Transfers certain parcels of land between the two districts, including specific sections and quarter-sections in Townships 43, 44, 45, and 46 South, Ranges 26 and 27 East.

The Alva Fire Protection and Rescue Service District receives parcels formerly in the Lehigh Acres Fire Control and Rescue District, primarily in the Township 43 South, Range 26 East area.

Provides that this act takes precedence over any conflicting law to the extent of such conflict and shall be liberally construed to protect public health, welfare, and safety.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
