Increases the annual gross sales limit for cottage food operations exempt from food and building permitting requirements from $15,000 to $50,000.

Authorizes cottage food products to be advertised, sold, and payment accepted over the Internet.

Requires products sold over the Internet to be delivered in person directly to the consumer or to a specific event venue.

Prohibits selling, offering for sale, or delivering cottage food products by mail order or at wholesale.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
