Authorizes domestic and foreign corporations to submit biennial (every two years) reports to the Department of State instead of annual reports.

Establishes a biennial report filing fee of $122.50 and a biennial supplemental corporate fee of $177.50.

Requires corporations to file reports between January 1 and May 1, with administrative dissolution or certificate revocation occurring on the fourth Friday in September if filing deadline is missed.

Allows corporations to include changes to registered office or registered agent information on their biennial report forms rather than filing separate statements.

Takes effect January 1, 2018.
