Revises the nomination process for the 16-member Building Code Advisory Board of Palm Beach County, expanding the pool of industry associations that can submit nominees for the 7 industry representative positions.

Adds the Construction Industry Management Council of Palm Beach County as an eligible nominating organization alongside existing associations including contractors, electrical, roofing, air conditioning, and plumbing groups.

Maintains the board composition of 7 building officials (1 from each commission election district), 7 industry representatives, 1 registered architect, and 1 professional engineer, all appointed for 3-year terms.

Requires board members to attend all regular and special meetings, with removal triggered by three consecutive absences or failure to attend 50 percent of meetings in any 12-month period.

Establishes quorum requirement of 10 members with 9 votes needed to approve actions, and requires public meetings at least quarterly.
