Requires physician assistants to complete a workforce survey as part of biennial license renewal, administered in the same manner as physician surveys under sections 458.3191 and 459.0081.

Mandates the Department of Health report survey data collected from physician assistants to the regulatory boards beginning July 1, 2018, and every 2 years thereafter.

Amends Florida Statutes sections 458.347 and 459.022 to add workforce survey completion as a requirement alongside existing renewal fee (not to exceed $500) and felony conviction acknowledgment.

Requires the Department of Health to adopt rules implementing the workforce survey requirements.

Effective upon becoming law.
