Amends chapter 2015-202, Laws of Florida to expand the territorial boundaries of the Lehigh Acres Municipal Services Improvement District in Lee and Hendry Counties through detailed legal descriptions of added land parcels.

Adds specific sections, portions of sections, and land parcels in both Lee County (Township 43-45 South, Ranges 26-27 East) and Hendry County (Township 43-44 South, Range 28 East) to the district's jurisdiction.

Ratifies and validates all taxes and assessments previously levied by the district on properties within the defined boundaries, making them legally binding regardless of any procedural defects in assessment or levy processes.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
