Creates Chapter 762, Florida Statutes, titled "Protection of the Exercise of Constitutional Rights" or the "Florida FACE Act" to protect access to reproductive health services facilities.

Prohibits persons from intentionally injuring, intimidating, or interfering with reproductive health services clients, providers, or assistants through force, threats, or physical obstruction, or from damaging facility property for these reasons.

Establishes criminal penalties including misdemeanor charges with fines up to $2,000 for first nonviolent physical obstruction violations and up to $25,000 for first violent violations, with enhanced penalties for subsequent offenses.

Authorizes civil actions by aggrieved persons and government attorneys for injunctions, compensatory and punitive damages, with statutory damages of $1,000 for nonviolent violations and $5,000 for other violations.

Requires courts to take action to safeguard health, safety, and privacy of reproductive health services clients and providers through restraining orders, photography restrictions, and authorization of pseudonyms in civil actions; effective July 1, 2017.
