Expands the Florida Money Laundering Act to prohibit laundering of virtual currency, defined as a medium of exchange in electronic or digital format that is not U.S. or foreign coins/currency.

Creates emergency responder death benefits program providing up to $50,000 to surviving family members of law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, or paramedics killed while answering calls for service, excluding such awards from subrogation requirements.
