Exempts theme park complex tickets from existing ticket resale regulations under s. 817.36 and creates new provisions under s. 817.362 specifically governing their resale.

Limits resellers of theme park complex tickets to charging only $1 above the original admission price, except for persons or entities expressly authorized in writing by the original ticket seller or its affiliate.

Requires sales tax on theme park complex ticket resales to be remitted to the Department of Revenue in accordance with s. 212.04.

Establishes civil penalties equal to treble the resale price for persons or entities that knowingly violate the theme park ticket resale restrictions or intentionally use software to circumvent ticket seller security measures or access control systems.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
