Adds subsection (7) to section 787.061, Florida Statutes, allowing human trafficking victims to request closed court hearings in civil actions.

Requires redaction and sealing of information identifying human trafficking victims in court files and online dockets at the victim's request.

Makes redacted and sealed victim identification information confidential and exempt from Florida's public records law (section 119.07(1)) and the state constitution's public records provision (Article I, section 24(a)).

Establishes public necessity findings to protect trafficking victims' identities from perpetrators, prevent retaliation or re-enslavement, minimize trauma, and preserve victims' reputations and ability to reintegrate into daily life.

Takes effect upon the same effective date as section 787.061 created by CS/HB 1165 or similar legislation, if adopted in the same legislative session and becomes law.
