Establishes Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital-Mental Health Demonstration for Chronic Pain Patients as an Appropriations Project as defined in Florida House Rules and references Appropriations Project Request 12.

Appropriates $550,000 in nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Children and Families for fiscal year 2017-2018 to fund the demonstration project.

Prohibits any recurring funding for this Appropriations Project beyond the initial one-time appropriation.

Effective date is July 1, 2017.
