Designates the University of South Florida Biogeochemical Laboratory Renovation at the College of Marine Science as an Appropriations Project as defined in the Rules of the Florida House of Representatives, referencing Appropriations Project Request 55.

Appropriates $2,000,000 in nonrecurring funding from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Education for fiscal year 2017-2018 to fund the renovation project.

Prohibits any recurring funding from being provided for this Appropriations Project.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
