Designates the University of Florida Center for Translational Research in Neurodegenerative Disease as an Appropriations Project as defined in the Florida House of Representatives Rules, incorporating Appropriations Project Request 48 by reference.

Appropriates $2,000,000 in nonrecurring funding from the General Revenue Fund for fiscal year 2017-2018 to the Board of Governors to fund the center.

Prohibits any recurring funding for this Appropriations Project beyond the initial fiscal year allocation.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
