Designates Apollo School Rehabilitation and Site Improvement as an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives, incorporating Appropriations Project Request 38 by reference.

Appropriates $287,000 in nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of State for fiscal year 2017-2018 to fund the Apollo School Rehabilitation and Site Improvement project.

Explicitly prohibits any recurring funding for this Appropriations Project, regardless of any conflicting law.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
