Establishes the Florida Landmarks Restoration Project as an Appropriations Project under the Rules of the Florida House of Representatives, referencing Appropriations Project Request 173.

Appropriates $1,200,000 in nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of State for fiscal year 2017-2018 to fund the project.

Specifies that no recurring funding shall be provided for this appropriations project despite any other law to the contrary.

Takes effect on July 1, 2017.
