Designates "Creating Careers for Non-College Bound Floridians – Florida Automobile Dealers Association" as an Appropriations Project as defined in the Rules of the Florida House of Representatives, incorporating Appropriations Project Request 148 by reference.

Appropriates $200,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Education for fiscal year 2017-2018 to fund the project.

Specifies that the $200,000 is a nonrecurring appropriation with no recurring funding authorized for this project.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
