Designates the Calhoun County Sheriff's Office as an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives, referenced in Appropriations Project Request 395.

Appropriates a nonrecurring sum of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Corrections for fiscal year 2017-2018 to fund the Calhoun County Sheriff's Office.

Prohibits any recurring funding for this Appropriations Project regardless of any other law to the contrary.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
