Designates Solar Bus Shelters as an Appropriations Project as defined in the Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and incorporates Appropriations Project Request 248 by reference.

Appropriates a nonrecurring sum of $3,000,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund to the Department of Transportation for fiscal year 2017-2018 to fund the Solar Bus Shelters project.

Prohibits recurring funding from being provided for this Appropriations Project.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
