Designates the Florida State University Schools Arts & Sciences Building (STEAM Building) as an Appropriations Project as defined in the Florida House Rules, referenced in Appropriations Project Request 367.

Appropriates a nonrecurring sum of $20,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Education for fiscal year 2017-2018 to fund the STEAM Building project.

Prohibits any recurring funding for this Appropriations Project beyond the one-time allocation.

Takes effect on July 1, 2017.
