Establishes the Brevard Achievement Center – Work Readiness Program as an Appropriations Project as defined in the Rules of The Florida House of Representatives, incorporating Appropriations Project Request 373 by reference.

Appropriates a nonrecurring sum of $304,650 from the General Revenue Fund for fiscal year 2017-2018 to the Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the program.

Explicitly prohibits any recurring funding for this appropriations project.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
