Designates Community Violence Reduction Initiative as an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives, incorporating Appropriations Project Request 579 by reference

Appropriates $334,007 in nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Law Enforcement for fiscal year 2017-2018 to fund the Community Violence Reduction Initiative

Specifies that no recurring funding shall be provided for this Appropriations Project beyond the initial nonrecurring appropriation

Takes effect July 1, 2017
