Designates Our Pride Academy, Inc. as an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives, incorporating Appropriations Project Request 681 by reference.

Appropriates a nonrecurring sum of $1,200,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Agency for Persons with Disabilities for fiscal year 2017-2018 to fund Our Pride Academy, Inc.

Prohibits any recurring funding for this Appropriations Project, notwithstanding any other law.

Effective date: July 1, 2017.
