Designates The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis – Spinal Cord and Traumatic Brain Injury Research Programs as an Appropriations Project as defined in the Florida House of Representatives rules, incorporating Appropriations Project Request 470 by reference.

Appropriates $1,000,000 in nonrecurring General Revenue Fund money to the Department of Health for fiscal year 2017-2018 to fund the research program.

Prohibits any recurring funding from being provided for this Appropriations Project beyond the one-time allocation.

Effective date of July 1, 2017.
