Appropriates $2,500,000 in nonrecurring General Revenue Fund monies to the Department of Economic Opportunity for fiscal year 2017-2018 to fund the Countryside Sports Complex project as described in Appropriations Project Request 738.

Designates the Countryside Sports Complex as an Appropriations Project under The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives.

Explicitly prohibits any recurring funding from being provided for this appropriations project beyond the initial one-time allocation.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
