Designates The Association for Development of the Exceptional, Inc. - Geriatric Program for Seniors with Developmental Disabilities as an Appropriations Project under Florida House Rules, incorporating Appropriations Project Request 1021 by reference.

Appropriates a nonrecurring $150,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Elder Affairs for fiscal year 2017-2018 to fund the geriatric program.

Prohibits any recurring funding for this Appropriations Project notwithstanding any other law.

Effective date is July 1, 2017.
