Establishes the City of Oviedo Emergency Operations Center as an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives, referencing Appropriations Project Request 925.

Appropriates $500,000 in nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Law Enforcement for fiscal year 2017-2018 to fund the City of Oviedo Emergency Operations Center.

Prohibits any recurring funding for this Appropriations Project notwithstanding any law to the contrary.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
