Establishes the Opa Locka Airport - Roadway Infrastructure Improvements as an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives, incorporating Appropriations Project Request 1183 by reference.

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Economic Opportunity for fiscal year 2017-2018 to fund roadway infrastructure improvements at Opa Locka Airport.

Specifies that the $1,000,000 appropriation is nonrecurring and prohibits any recurring funding for this project.

Effective date of July 1, 2017.
