Appropriates $2,852,022 from the General Revenue Fund to the Agency for Health Care Administration for the Flagler Hospital Sole Community Medicaid Rate Enhancement project for fiscal year 2017-2018.

Designates the appropriation as nonrecurring, with no recurring funding provided beyond the initial allocation.

Establishes the project as an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives, incorporating Appropriations Project Request 735 by reference.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
