Establishes the Next Generation Agricultural Education: Student as an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives, incorporating Appropriations Project Request 556 by reference

Appropriates a nonrecurring $1,250,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Education for fiscal year 2017-2018 to fund the Next Generation Agricultural Education: Student project

Specifies that no recurring funding shall be provided for this Appropriations Project regardless of any contrary law

Takes effect on July 1, 2017
