Designates Community Partnership Schools at UCF as an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives, incorporating Appropriations Project Request 221 by reference.

Appropriates $2,800,000 in nonrecurring funding from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Governors for fiscal year 2017-2018 to fund the Community Partnership Schools at UCF.

Prohibits any recurring funding for this Appropriations Project beyond the nonrecurring appropriation.

Effective date is July 1, 2017.
