Terminates the Environmental Laboratory Trust Fund (FLAIR number 20-2-050001) within the Department of Environmental Protection effective July 1, 2017

Transfers all current balances and revenues from the terminated trust fund to the Grants and Donations Trust Fund within the Department of Environmental Protection

Requires the Department of Environmental Protection to pay any outstanding debts or obligations of the terminated trust fund as soon as practicable

Directs the Chief Financial Officer to close out and remove the terminated trust fund from state accounting systems using generally accepted accounting principles

Removes subsection (3) of section 20.25501, Florida Statutes, which previously established the Environmental Laboratory Trust Fund as a depository for environmental laboratory program operations and funding
