Resolves collective bargaining impasses for the 2017-2018 fiscal year between the State of Florida and nine certified state employee bargaining units by maintaining the status quo under current collective bargaining agreement language.

Specifies impasse resolutions for the Federation of Physicians and Dentists (three separate units), Florida State Fire Service Association, Police Benevolent Association (four separate units), and American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Florida Council 79.

Addresses specific disputed articles including classification and pay plans, hours of work, overtime, leave of absence, reassignment, and professional practice scope.

Requires all other mandatory collective bargaining issues at impasse not addressed by this act or the General Appropriations Act to be resolved consistent with personnel rules in effect on April 1, 2017, and by maintaining status quo of existing agreements.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
