Amends Florida Statutes section 790.06 to revise prohibited locations for concealed weapon and firearm carrying by licensed individuals.

Removes "passenger terminal and" from airport restrictions, allowing concealed carry in airport passenger terminals while maintaining the prohibition in sterile areas.

Permits legal firearms to be carried into airport terminals when encased for shipment and checked as baggage for lawful air transport.

Maintains existing prohibitions in 14 other locations including police stations, courthouses, schools, polling places, legislative meetings, and establishments serving alcohol.

Takes effect July 1, 2017; violations constitute a second-degree misdemeanor.
