Appropriates $240,000 from the General Revenue Fund to compensate the Justice-2-Jesus Charitable Trust for damages caused by negligence, inaction, or malfeasance of Florida government.

Recognizes the trust's work from 2006-2016 in civic engagement, education, and government accountability through its trustees Calvester-Benjamin Anderson and Brian Pitts.

Directs the Chief Financial Officer to issue a warrant to the trust for $240,000 from the State Treasury.

Limits attorney fees, lobbying fees, costs, and similar expenses to a maximum of 25 percent of the amount awarded.

Makes the payment the sole compensation for all present and future claims arising from the trust's dealings with Florida's three branches of state government; effective upon becoming law.
