Repeals section 215.56021, F.S., which provided an exemption from public records and public meeting requirements for peer review panels under the James and Esther King Biomedical Research Program and the William G. "Bill" Bankhead, Jr., and David Coley Cancer Research Program

Amends section 381.92201, F.S., to remove the scheduled October 2, 2017 repeal date for the exemption, making the exemption permanent for peer review panel records and meetings

Removes the Open Government Sunset Review Act requirements that previously subjected the exemptions to automatic repeal unless reenacted by the Legislature

Effective date of October 1, 2017
