Expands public records exemptions to make all information in videotaped statements of minors alleged to be or actual victims of sexual battery, lewd acts, or other sexual misconduct confidential and exempt from public disclosure under Florida Statutes s. 119.071.

Videotaped statement information includes the minor's identity, face, contact information (phone, address), school/church/employment details, and personal assets held by law enforcement agencies.

Prohibits public employees or officers from willfully and knowingly disclosing videotaped information revealing a minor's identity to unauthorized persons; violation constitutes a first-degree misdemeanor punishable under s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.

Authorizes access to such statements by governmental agencies authorized by law to further their statutory duties and allows disclosure to the defendant, defendant's attorney, or persons specified by court order.

Subjects the exemption to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals on October 2, 2022, unless the Legislature reviews and reenacts it; effective date contingent on passage of HB 7049 or similar legislation.
