Creates the Triumph Gulf Coast Trust Fund within the Department of Economic Opportunity as a depository for settlement funds from the BP Deepwater Horizon Settlement Agreement entered October 5, 2015

Exempts the trust fund from the general revenue service charge under Florida Statutes section 215.20

Designates trust fund monies for purposes described in Florida Statutes sections 288.8011-288.8018

Terminates the trust fund on July 1, 2021, unless ended sooner, with a required review before scheduled termination per section 215.3206(1) and (2)

Takes effect contingent upon passage of HB 7077 or similar legislation in the same legislative session and requires a three-fifths vote of both chambers to enact
