Extends the repeal date from October 2, 2017 to October 2, 2018 for public records exemptions protecting petitioner personal identifying and location information held by court clerks and law enforcement agencies for domestic violence, repeat violence, sexual violence, and dating violence injunctions.

Requires court clerks to forward certified copies of injunctions to sheriffs within 24 hours of issuance, and requires law enforcement to electronically transmit injunction and service information to the department within 24 hours of receipt.

Mandates the Florida Association of Court Clerks and Comptrollers to develop an automated notification system allowing petitioners to request service updates within 12 hours of injunction service, including date, time, and location information.

Exempts petitioner contact information (telephone numbers, addresses, email addresses, and other electronic identification) from public disclosure for 5 years upon written request, with exceptions for authorized state and federal agencies performing statutory duties.

Takes effect October 1, 2017, and subjects the exemption to the Open Government Sunset Review Act with automatic repeal unless reenacted by the Legislature.
