• Memorial urging Congress to permanently and fully repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and all tax increases imposed by the act.

• Claims the 2017 "reduction in the deductibility of catastrophic losses" provision will raise taxes on 13.8 million middle-class taxpaying families and individuals.
