Amends section 265.7015, Florida Statutes to remove the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2017 for the donor confidentiality exemption.

Makes permanent the exemption allowing donors or prospective donors of publicly owned performing arts centers to keep their identities confidential from public records.

Protects names, addresses, and telephone numbers of donors who desire anonymity from disclosure under Florida's public records laws and state constitution.

Applies to facilities with at least 200 seats owned and operated by counties, municipalities, or special districts that promote performing, visual, or fine arts.

Takes effect October 1, 2017.
