Authorizes the Pasco County Sheriff's Office to appropriate and pay Jennifer Wohlgemuth $2.6 million in compensation for injuries and damages caused by Deputy Kenneth Petrillo's negligence in a January 3, 2005 vehicle crash.

Establishes payment schedule of $325,000 per year for 8 consecutive years, with the first payment due no later than October 31, 2017, and subsequent payments due by October 31 each year.

Provides that if Jennifer Wohlgemuth dies before October 31, 2024, all remaining payments shall cease and the award shall be deemed paid in full.

Limits attorney fees relating to this claim to no more than 25 percent of the awarded amount, with the combined Pasco County Sheriff's Office payment under state law ($100,000) and this act intended as sole compensation for all present and future claims arising from the incident.
