Establish annual use fee of $25 for Ducks Unlimited specialty license plates.

Require the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to develop Ducks Unlimited license plates with "Florida" at the top and "Conserving Florida Wetlands" at the bottom.

Distribute Ducks Unlimited plate fees to Ducks Unlimited, Inc., with up to 5 percent allowed for administrative costs and marketing, and a minimum of 95 percent for conservation and restoration of Florida wetlands and habitats.

Revise distribution of Fallen Law Enforcement Officers License Plate proceeds to allow Police and Kids Foundation, Inc., to use up to 10 percent for marketing and direct all remaining proceeds to the foundation's operations, activities, programs, and projects.

Effective date: October 1, 2017.
