Amends Florida law to allow land jointly used for commercial nonagricultural purposes and apiculture (beekeeping) to be classified as agricultural for tax purposes.

Requires agricultural classification for bee-keeping operations regardless of whether the land is primarily used for other commercial purposes.

Adds exception to the "primarily used" requirement that typically applies to agricultural land classification.

Effective date is July 1, 2017.
