Revises employment prohibitions for minors under 18 in retail drugstores, grocery stores, department stores, florist shops, specialty gift shops, and automobile service stations if the vendor derives 30 percent or less of monthly gross revenue from alcoholic beverage sales and minors are supervised by someone 21 or older who verifies age and approves sales.

Makes it unlawful for a vendor to employ minors during any month when the 30 percent monthly revenue restriction from alcoholic beverage sales is exceeded.

Limits package store licenses to locations at least 1,000 feet from public or private elementary, middle, or secondary schools, with exceptions for vendors already licensed as of June 30, 2017.

Prohibits package store vendors from selling distilled spirits in containers of 200 milliliters or less (6.8 ounces or less) except from a restricted employee-only area, with an exception for vendors devoted exclusively to alcoholic beverage sales.

Prohibits package store licenses at gasoline service stations or motor fuel retail outlets unless the premises includes a minimum of 10,000 square feet of retail space for the general public; effective July 1, 2017.
