Establishes the Florida Center for the Partnerships for Arts Integrated Teaching within the University of South Florida Sarasota/Manatee to conduct research on arts integrated teaching policies and practices.

Authorizes the center to partner with Florida College System institutions, private schools, and educator preparation programs to provide technical assistance and implement evidence-based arts integrated instruction and professional development.

Tasks the center with collaborating with arts organizations and school districts to develop frameworks for arts integrated courses and professional development activities across multiple content areas.

Directs the center to disseminate information about arts integrated instruction outcomes and position Florida as a national leader in arts integrated teaching and research, including STEM education applications.

Abrogates the scheduled expiration date of July 1, 2017, allowing the center to operate indefinitely rather than sunset as previously scheduled.
