Authorizes a maximum bonus of $3,000 for Advanced International Certificate of Education (AICE) teachers instead of the previous $2,000 limit when specific performance thresholds are met.

Teachers at schools with grades "A," "B," or "C" qualify for the increased bonus if at least 50 percent of students in their AICE course earn a score of E or higher on the examination.

Teachers at schools with grades "D" or "F" qualify for the increased bonus if at least 25 percent of students in their AICE course earn a score of E or higher on the examination.

Teachers earning qualifying bonuses receive an additional $50 per student with a qualifying score, up to the $3,000 maximum.

Effective date is July 1, 2017.
