Authorizes Broward County to appropriate and pay $550,000 plus 7 percent annual interest to Jerry Cunningham for injuries sustained when a bus driver closed the door on his arm on May 10, 2013, in Pompano Beach.

Compensates Cunningham for traumatic brain injury, multiple fractures, and long-term effects including neurocognitive disorder and motor impairment resulting from being struck by the bus after falling to the pavement.

Establishes that the $550,000 payment combined with the $300,000 already paid by Broward County under state liability limits ($850,000 total) settles all present and future claims related to the incident.

Limits attorney fees, lobbying fees, costs, and similar expenses to a maximum of 25 percent of the $550,000 award.
