Requires the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to deny or refuse to renew registration of movers or moving brokers who have not satisfied civil penalties or administrative fines for failing to disclose criminal information.

Prohibits movers and moving brokers from knowingly refusing or failing to disclose in writing to customers before a move if the mover, employee, or subcontractor with access to the customer's dwelling has been convicted of felonies listed in s. 775.21(4)(a)1. or similar offenses in other jurisdictions, regardless of when the conviction occurred.

Requires the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to impose either a Class IV administrative fine or a Class IV civil penalty for violations of the criminal disclosure requirement, but not both for the same offense.

Establishes denial of registration or renewal for any mover's or moving broker's directors, officers, owners, or general partners if the related entity fails to satisfy penalties for criminal disclosure violations.
